Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Final Sale Policy

Once your order is placed at, it is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is one of the exceptions below.

Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged, contact us to request a refund. Please include your order number and photos of damaged items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Missing/Late Orders

Majority of orders will deliver 10-20 business days after they are processed and shipped. Sometimes orders may experience shipping delays due to factors out of our control. If it has been longer than 20 business days, please contact us and we will help locate your order and determine whether a refund can be applied

If your delivered order is incomplete, it may have been shipped in two separate packages, please contact us to confirm.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
