Stage Puppets

The best range of stage puppets!

Put simply ... a stage puppet is a conventional puppet without legs. Common stage puppets include those made from a sock with a movable mouth. They are designed to be used behind a little 'stage' which hides the absence of their legs!

Stage puppets are ideal for story-telling and roleplay fun with children, both at home and in therapy. Our puppets are commonly used by nurses, psychologists, teachers and in aged care. Puppets have a way of breaking down barriers, so it's not uncommon for people to feel disarmed by a puppet and willing to communicate.

Remember all the silly sock puppets we made as kids at primary school? Find an old sock, grab some cardboard and pipe cleaners, and glue some googly eyes on. Voila! ... stage puppet!
